A deputy immigration inspector infiltrates a smuggling ring along the Mexican border and stages an aerial rescue over the Grand Canyon to save a kidnapped ward and break the gang.
Sky High let Tom Mix trade his horse for an airplane, staging one of the era’s most hair-raising stunts — a man dangling from a plane above the Grand Canyon. It entered the National Film Registry in 1998.
