It's a Hap-Hap-Happy Day (1941)
Fleischer's blustery small-town crier Gabby drags the Mayor along on a camping trip, and the great outdoors promptly gets the better of both of them.
It’s a Hap-Hap-Happy Day was the eighth and final entry in the short-lived Gabby series spun off from Gulliver’s Travels, and its title song outlived the cartoon itself, recurring for years afterward as a musical cue in later Fleischer and Famous Studios scores.
